Bespoke roofers was contracted to replace the facial board of my house (Rear, front and front porch). Rear board was fitted wrongly that it was obstructing the room window to open and the new gutter at the porch wrongly levelled; splashing water backwards. He came back to correct mistakes after weeks and he has made things worse. Neighbour that had similar bad experience saw him whilst on my property and said he was returning. Before the neighbour returned, James had run off and did not even say good bye to me. Please do not allow this company to work on your property. He was even identifying other things he wanted to do on the property that he was not called for because he wanted to create more job for himself. He will never accept mistakes done. He did not know I myself is an engineer. Basic alignment was an issue to him. He even struggled to supply a business bank account. He told me his account is having a problem. How long does it take any one to sort out banking issues.
